Verizon FiOS: static IP?

I’ve had Verizon FiOS Internet service at my house for three weeks. My IP address hasn’t changed yet. The tech who installed the service said he thought IPs change every week or so, but here I am nearly a month later with the same address. Can anyone else with residential FiOS service comment?

    Verizon FIOS IP’s don’t seem to change very often from my experiance. It can stay the same for months whether you want it to or not.
